I spent at least $10000 every time I go there and I don’t mind spending money because I know it’s gambling and there is no guarantee to win but I don’t got the service I suppose to get in this casino. It’s my 3rd time visit of Winstar casino and I had fun time enjoy my first trip there with my girlfriend but this gonna be my last time visit. Three people only at the table and there is not even 6ft from each other and sure all the machines that allow people to sit right next each other. Social distance in this casino it’s just ridiculous.

If staff really worry about it, first you need gloves or stay at home instead providing poor customers service.

I guess she minds touching customers stuff because she scares of COVID-19 but she sure did pass the receipt to me. She told me to leave it room key there and open it so she could see. When I check out, I was trying to hand my room key to the lady. Most of us are travel from other states and this is just inconvenient. At least make a exception for customers, it is so easy for us to put money in and so difficult for casino to pay 1200. So she can’t claim the winnings but we nicely explained due to COVID-19 they didn’t let her renew back then. My girlfriend won 1200 and her ID is expired. Staff grab lemons with their hands TWICE on purpose and we nicely asked him why would he do that? And he told us because he don’t have gloves? The manager didn’t even do anything about it, all she did is told the guy to grab gloves.
